Our Expertise

With roots in the construction industry, we have developed long term relationships with all our partners.
End-to-End Project Management

Building is an exciting journey, but it can be time-consuming and expensive if the project is not planned and executed properly.

The building process requires the expertise of a variety of professionals, from architects, designers, contractors, project managers, trades, and many others. It can get complex quickly. We offer our expertise during your journey and can take you through each step of the way.

Step 1
Discovery and Conception

This will be the initial sit down discussion and we follow a proven process when it comes to the discovery phase of the project. Our preference is to conduct this session face-to-face. However, online can also be an option. We take a holistic approach and take the time to get all the information we need to realise your project. Some examples of discussion points at this stage include but are not limited to building requirements, number of rooms, budget, design concepts, materials and timeline.

Step 2

Step 2
Pre- Construction

After the discovery phase we will have a brief complete for your review and include a project schedule of works which includes stakeholders, such as Designers, Architects, certified parties that will be involved in the project.

Outline and review of paperworks including the Development Application (DA) and Construction Certificate (CC) is also completed at this stage. Costings and projects are also confirmed while offering a number of flexible options when it comes to funding your project.

Step 3
Project Execution

Once we conduct a secondary review and submit paperwork we can prepare for the construction stage and provide a program for you. The program will include regular catch ups and you may also organise site visits during construction. Target milestones will be identified and tracked as this construction phase progresses so you can be sure where the project is at any point in time.

Step 4

Step 4
Handover

This is the most exciting part of the building journey. We will notify you and organise a date for handover and can also conduct an onsite tour once your project is complete.

Step 5

Step 5
Follow Up

Once you gain access to your property our support and services do not stop there. We will conduct a follow up call with you 6 months after you have moved in or after you begin operations if it is a commercial property.

Our Commandments

Our commandments start with Safety 1st as our number one. With Quality being second, our Safety is never compromised. With Program being third, Quality is never compromised. With Cost being fourth, Safety, Quality or Program is not compromised. The commitments below are our building commandments. Which are strictly followed across all our projects, in that order.

Our safety commandments that we operate under in priority are:

Building and Sustainability

As we become more aware of the need to protect our planet, there is an increasing focus on making buildings sustainable. This goes for both homes and commercial properties. Green buildings are designed to minimise their environmental footprint throughout their entire life cycle. This means using materials that are environmentally friendly, efficient systems that minimise energy and water consumption, and design features that reduce emissions.

As a company that values sustainability, we continue to partner with green suppliers such as Alpha Precast. Alpha Precast is an innovative company with advances in concrete panelling structures, ranging from residential, commercial and industrial constructions.

What is Precast Concrete?

Traditional concrete has its draw back in that it is not very sustainable. As a result, the building industry has been searching for ways to make concrete more green. Precast concrete is one promising solution. By manufacturing concrete products in a controlled environment, precast concrete reduces waste and has a minimal impact on the environment. In addition, precast concrete is made from mostly recycled materials, further reducing its environmental footprint. As awareness of the need for sustainable building practices grows, precast concrete is likely to play an increasingly important role in the building and construction industry.
