A full knockdown and rebuild project, Construction Xpress was engaged to Design and Construct this concrete commercial style luxury home. With a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3 lounge rooms, TV room, pool, outdoor entertainment area and a 4 car garage, this project required an experienced team.
To keep to the modern and sleek feel, inbuilt cisterns, high-level bathroom finishes, travertine tiled floors and wall hung vanities were installed in the bathrooms. The high ceiling clearance required installation of 2.4 metre doors. A floating staircase with frameless balustrades also connected levels of the home.
